When was the Toyota Glanza launched?
The latest Glanza was introduced in India on 15 March, 2022. Furthermore, the CNG versions made it to the market on 9 November, 2022.
What variants does it get?
While the petrol Glanza is offered in four variants, called E, S, G and V, the CNG iteration is available on the S and G trims.
What features are available in the Toyota Glanza?
Exterior highlights of the new Glanza include the reshaped nose owing to the new grille, restyled LED projector headlights, and tweaked DRLs. Even the bumpers are new (both front and rear). It also gets new split LED tail lamps and sharp-looking 16-inch alloy wheels.
On the inside, one will find a head-up display (HUD), 360-degree camera, cruise control, automatic climate control, and rear AC vents. There's also an Arkamys music player with a nine-inch touchscreen system that's Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatible.
What are the engine, performance, and specifications of the Toyota Glanza?
Currently, the Toyota Glanza uses a 1.2-litre, four-cylinder petrol motor with dual VVT technology that rakes up a total of 89bhp and 113Nm. This setup is available with either a five-speed manual or an AMT gearbox. The E-CNG, on the other hand, makes a markedly lower 76bhp and 98.5Nm, but claims a mileage of 30.61km/kg. As such, it is only offered with the five-speed manual gearbox.
