• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English • Confident and friendly phone manner • Basic computer / smartphone literacy • Ability to follow call scripts and update CRM records • Target-oriented mindset • 12th pass or pursuing graduation • Prior calling or customer service experience is a bonus, not a must
