Mini India has officially launched the new, all-electric Countryman SE All4 in the country, priced at ₹66.90 lakh (ex-showroom). This model is imported directly as a Completely Built-Up (CBU) unit. It is available for booking now, and deliveries are starting immediately.
Power and Performance
The "SE All4" indicates this is the powerful, all-wheel-drive electric version.
- Battery and Range: It uses a 66.45kWh battery pack. Mini claims this provides a driving range of up to 440 kilometers on a single charge.
- Engine: It features dual electric motors that produce a total of 313 horsepower and 494Nm of torque.
- Speed: Mini claims the car can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 5.6 seconds.
Design and Styling (JCW Trim)
The car is offered only in the sporty JCW (John Cooper Works) trim, giving it a very distinct, aggressive look:
- Exterior Updates: It features a new front grille, updated headlights, a sleek, sculpted bonnet, and flush-fitting door handles.
- Blacked-Out Elements: The JCW trim includes numerous black highlights, such as Jet Black roof and mirror caps, sporty black stripes, black roof rails, 19-inch black alloy wheels, and blacked-out wheel arch cladding.
- Colors: The car is available in two main colors: Legend Grey and Midnight Black.
- Custom Lighting: The LED running lights, headlights, and tail lights can be customized with different signature modes.
Interior and Technology
The inside is packed with high-end features and JCW-specific styling:
- JCW Styling: The cabin features unique elements like the JCW steering wheel, sports seats, special upholstery, and dashboard trims.
- High-Tech Cabin: The dashboard features Mini’s signature large, round OLED display.
- Comfort and Features: It includes a panoramic glass roof, recycled fabric lining, ambient lighting, electric seat adjustment with active support for the driver, and a Harman Kardon music system.
- Driver Aids: Key technology includes a Mini digital key, Heads-Up Display (HUD), phone mirroring, cruise control, a 360-degree camera setup, multiple airbags, and a Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS).
