Volvo offers the 2022 S90 in a single trim, called the B5 Inscription (mild-hybrid).
Market introduction:
The updated S90 was launched in the country on 21 September 2022.
Engine and transmission:
It is powered by a new 1,996cc in-line four-cylinder turbocharged petrol motor mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission. Additionally, this engine is paired with a 48-volt mild-hybrid system for optimised fuel efficiency and acceleration.
Exterior:
The updated S90 gets a new grille with vertical slats arranged in a chrome frame, moreover, there are new bumpers with a chrome bar, redesigned LED taillamps and 18-inch alloy wheels and there is a new ducktail spoiler on the boot lid. Apart from the additions, Volvo offers full-LED headlights with signature daytime running lights and a heated front Volvo logo.
Interior:
The charcoal interior of the car wears Nappa leather upholstery offered in either Amber or Maroon Brown. Like the other Volvo models, the S90 also gets a new nine-inch Android-based infotainment touchscreen display with Google apps, navigation and suchlike. Besides, the cabin is equipped with a crystal gear stick, ventilated front seats with massage function, an advanced air cleaner with PM 2.5 sensor, rear-window electric sunblind and side window curtains.
