Highlighted by a blanked-off grille, the car gets conventional lights and rides on wheel caps designed in an aero-pattern. Inside, it is equipped with a seven-inch touchscreen infotainment by Harman and is Android Auto- and Apple CarPlay-compatible. It gets a height-adjustable driver seat, automatic climate control, and a flat bottom steering wheel with mounted controls. Then, there are multi-drive modes, cruise control, connected features with smart-watch compatibility, four speakers and tweeters each, re-gen modes (0, 1, 2, and 3), TPMS, and leatherette seat upholstery. Moreover, this EV gets auto headlamps, rain-sensing wipers, rear-view camera with parking sensors, electric auto-fold ORVMs, powered boot opening, ABS with EBD, and dual front airbags.
What are the battery pack, powertrain, and specifications of the Tata Tiago EV?
Customers can choose between two battery packs – 19.2kWh and 24kWh – that are paired with a motor. The former combo produces 60bhp and 110Nm of torque, while the latter produces 74bhp and 114Nm.
What is the charging time and range of the Tata Tiago EV?
The EV has a claimed range of 250km for the 19.2kWh and 315km for the 24kWh model. The car comes with either a 3.3kW or 7.2kW home charger, depending on the variant. With DC fast charging, the Tiago EV can be charged from 10 to 80 per cent in a claimed 57 minutes.
