Market introduction:
Jaguar F-Pace was introduced in India in June 2021.
Variants:
The F-Pace is offered in a single fully loaded variant - the R-Dynamic S variant.
Engine and transmission:
Under the hood, the new F-Pace is powered by 2.0-litre petrol and diesel powertrain options. The 2.0-litre petrol engine generates 247bhp and 365Nm of torque, while the 2.0-litre diesel engine produces 201bhp and 430Nm of torque. Both the engine options come mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission with an all-wheel-drive setup.
Exterior:
The 2021 Jaguar F-Pace gets a large grille with the familiar Jaguar heritage logo. The side fender vents feature the Leaper emblem. The fascia is further accentuated by all-LED quad headlamps with ‘Double J’ DRL signatures, redesigned air intakes, and a dark mesh to offer a dynamic presence. The rear section features a distinctive LED light setup which was last seen in the all-electric I-Pace. Additionally, it gets a sculpted tailgate and a tweaked rear bumper for freshness.
Interior:
The updated Jaguar F-Pace gets a driver-focussed cabin. Jaguar has redesigned the centre console and it now incorporates a wireless device charging feature. The aluminium finisher in the upper door insert and full width ‘Piano lid’ across the width of the instrument panel further enhances the premium quotient.
Safety and features:
In terms of features, the vehicle gets an 11.4-inch curved glass HD touchscreen with Pivi Pro technology, four-zone climate control, an interactive driver display, and a panoramic roof. It also offers features such as the 3D-surround camera, Meridian audio system, power recline feature in the second row of seats, and interactive driver display.
Seating capacity:
The SUV can seat up to five people.
Colours:
The SUV is now available in eight new colour options – Fuji White, Santorini Black, Firenze Red, Eiger Grey, Portofino Blue, Yulong White, Ultra Blue, and Hakuba Silver.
Rivals:
Jaguar F-Pace rivals the BMW X3, Audi Q5, Volvo XC 60, Mercedes-Benz GLC, and Lexus NX.
