On the outside, the new Hyundai Tucson gets an all-new design with a dark chrome front grille, integrated LED DRLs, LED headlamps mounted in a triangular cluster on either side of the new bumper, contrast-coloured skid plates, and new 18-inch dual-tone alloy wheels. It also receives roof rails, an integrated spoiler that hides the rear windshield, a toothy design for the LED taillights, a rear Hyundai logo on the windshield, and an LED light bar running the length of the boot lid.
Interior:
The interior of the fourth-gen Hyundai Tucson comes equipped with dual 10.25-inch screens each for an infotainment system and digital instrument cluster. Moreover, it also gets BlueLink connectivity, ventilated and heated front seats, a panoramic sunroof, wireless charging, and cruise control. Apart from this, the Tucson also sports dual-zone climate control, ADAS, drive modes, multi-terrain modes, electrically adjustable front seats with height adjustment, and a powered tailgate.
What are the engine, performance, and specifications of the Hyundai Tucson?
The fourth-gen Hyundai Tucson is powered by 2.0-litre petrol and diesel engines. The former, which is paired with a six-speed automatic unit, produces 154bhp and 192Nm of torque, while the latter, which sends power to the wheels via an eight-speed automatic unit, is tuned to produce 184bhp and 416Nm of torque. A 4WD system will be limited to the top-spec diesel variant of the SUV. This engine is now RDE and BS6 Phase 2-compliant.
