The exterior highlights of this Hyundai SUV include puddle lamps that project the Hyundai logo, a side footstep, and a twin-tip exhaust. Otherwise, the Alcazar is equipped with eye-catching boomerang-shaped DRLs, a large and extravagantly finished grille, and sleek-looking diamond-cut alloys.

Inside, the Alcazar is offered in both six- and seven-seat layouts with ventilated front seats. Then, there's the 64-colour ambient lighting, an air purifier, Bose sound system, a massive panoramic sunroof, a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment screen, and wireless charging.

What are the engine, performance, and specifications of the model?

Overall, the Alcazar is available in BS6 Phase 2-compliant and E20 fuel-ready petrol and diesel options. While one is a 1.5-litre turbo-petrol motor producing 158bhp/253Nm, the diesel is a 1.5-litre CRDi unit with an output of 113bhp/250Nm. The transmission options include a six-speed manual for both motors. Whereas, for automatic duties, the petrol gets a seven-speed DCT, and the diesel comes with a six-speed automatic transmission.

Is the Hyundai Alcazar a safe car?

This Hyundai SUV has not yet been tested by Global NCAP. Nevertheless, the current car's safety features include six airbags (standard), electronic parking brake, auto hold and hill start assist, tyre pressure monitoring, and stability management.
