Lamborghini is officially gearing up for the next phase. After completing its "Direzione Cor Tauri" plan, which hybridised its entire lineup for a more sustainable future, the Italian carmaker is ready to enter a new chapter. For 2026, the plan is clear but ambitious: deliver more of what fans love.
The company has announced four new cars for 2026. However, these aren't completely new models. They are derivatives, meaning they are specialised, high-performance, or limited-edition versions of existing cars. Think of them as the ultimate evolution of Lamborghini's current design.
The 2026 World Tour: Global Debut Schedule
Lamborghini will not launch all these cars at once. They have scheduled an impressive eight-month rollout across some of the most prestigious automotive events in the world:
- Imola, Italy (May 2026): The celebration begins on home ground. The first mystery model will be revealed during an event in Imola, likely setting the tone for a year of exciting announcements.
- Goodwood Festival of Speed, UK (July 2026): Known for its legendary hill climb, Goodwood will host the second debut, where fans can see the car in action.
- Monterey Car Week, USA (August 2026): This famous California event, which includes the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance, will provide the stage for the third car.
- Art Basel Miami, USA (December 2026): The grand finale unfolds at the intersection of fine art and automotive design in Miami, where the fourth and final car of the year will be unveiled.

Anticipated Models and Body Styles
Lamborghini CEO Stephan Winkelmann has hinted that these four releases will feature four different body styles. While the details remain a mystery, he mentioned that three will derive from existing models, while the fourth will come from another car.
History offers clues about what to expect. Previously, Lamborghini has excited fans with variants like the Aventador SVJ, the off-road capable Huracán Sterrato, and the high-performance Urus Performante. For 2026, rumors suggest a Revuelto Roadster, a convertible version of their flagship V12 hybrid that promises an open-air experience of speed.
A Foundation of Record-Breaking Success
This bold expansion follows a record-breaking 2025. Last year, Lamborghini demonstrated that its shift toward hybridisation has not reduced demand. The brand delivered 10,747 units worldwide, marking the third consecutive year it exceeded the 10,000-car milestone. This resulted in an impressive 3.2 billion euros in revenue.
With a current lineup that includes the Temerario, the Revuelto, and the Urus, Lamborghini is in its strongest position yet. The 2026 roadmap focuses not just on selling more cars but on celebrating the versatility of these platforms and providing collectors with unique, specialized vehicles that push the limits of Italian engineering.
