Kia India has once again stirred up the market with the announcement of new variants in its Clavis range. These new variants start at ₹16.28 lakh (ex-showroom) and add both style and substance to buyers looking for additional choices.
What’s Changing & What’s New
The Clavis now offers the HTX(O) trim, which is positioned above the standard HTX variant. This variant is only offered in conjunction with a 1.5 L turbo engine matched to a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission (7DCT). Features will include a premium eight-speaker Bose audio system, selectable drive modes (Eco, Normal, Sport), smart key with remote start functionality, and an electronic parking brake with auto hold.
In addition to this, Kia responds to consumer feedback with new six-seat layouts in certain trims: HTK+ (1.5 turbo DCT & 1.5 Diesel AT) and HTK + (O) (1.5 turbo DCT). These features make the Clavis more family-friendly and flexible in terms of use.
