From new SUVs to exciting electric models and stylish special editions, here is a simple and clear look at everything that launched:

New Flagship & EV Arrivals

Maruti Suzuki Victoris Maruti has launched its much-awaited compact SUV, the Victoris, with prices starting from Rs 10.5 lakh. This car becomes the company's new flagship model, sitting above the popular Brezza. The Victoris comes packed with premium features making their debut on a Maruti, including Level-2 ADAS, a panoramic sunroof, a 360-degree camera, a large 10.1-inch touchscreen, and multi-coloured ambient lighting. Buyers have a choice of a 1.5-litre petrol engine, a strong hybrid petrol, or a CNG option.

VinFast VF6 & VF7 Vietnamese manufacturer VinFast made a splash with the aggressive pricing of their new electric SUVs. The compact VF6, a rival to the Creta EV, starts from Rs 16.49 lakh. It offers great features like ventilated seats, a HUD, and Level-2 ADAS, all powered by a 59.6 kWh battery delivering up to 468 km of range. For those seeking something larger and more powerful, the midsize VF7 starts from Rs 20.89 lakh. It provides a 510 km range from its 70.8 kWh battery and is available with both single and dual-motor AWD options.

Volvo EX30 The Volvo EX30 was launched as the brand's most affordable electric vehicle, priced at Rs 39.99 lakh. This premium EV brings the well-known Volvo safety and badge at a lower cost. It features a panoramic sunroof, a 12.3-inch touchscreen with Google Services, and a 9-speaker Harman Kardon sound system. The EX30 uses a 69kWh battery to deliver a certified range of 480km and boasts a quick 0-100 kmph time of 5.3 seconds.

Major Updates and New Variants

Skoda Kodiaq Lounge: Skoda has introduced a new entry-level variant for the Kodiaq, called the 'Lounge,' priced at approximately Rs 40 lakh. This variant helps bring down the Kodiaq's starting price and introduces a new 5-seater configuration with a larger boot. While it misses features like the 360-degree camera and ventilated seats, it keeps the capable 2-litre turbo-petrol engine.

Honda Elevate: Updated Honda has given its popular Elevate SUV some minor exterior design tweaks and updated the interior with a few new features. Mechanically, the reliable 1.5-litre petrol engine remains unchanged. The top-spec ZX trim (starting at Rs 15.51 lakh) now offers a 360-degree camera and multi-colour ambient lighting as optional add-ons, alongside a bolder grille.

Citroen Basalt X Citroen’s Basalt received a necessary refresh with the new Basalt X edition, priced at Rs 11.63 lakh. This edition brings a darker exterior theme and a refreshed cabin with a new black and tan interior. It adds useful features like ventilated front seats, a 360-degree camera, and push-button start/stop, while keeping the existing engine options.

New Special and Knight Editions

The festive spirit brought several striking special editions, dominated by all-black styling:

Hyundai Creta Special Editions. The top-selling Hyundai Creta now has new variants: the King, King Limited, and King Knight. These editions add exclusive premium features like a dashcam, wireless connectivity, powered co-driver seats, and special 'King' or 'Knight' emblems.
